The objective of this report is to analyse the effects of the global financial and economic crisis on eleven Central and Eastern European (CEE11) EU member states as well as the major features of their crisis management. In this context policy conclusions will be drawn that may be instructive for elaborating progressive economic perspectives and devising strategies for the CEE11 EU member countries.
